Filessytem sync API

Hi,

does it make sense to expose the filesystem API in this project?
We call /u/{project_owner}/{project_name}/run/synchronizeRunWorkingDirectory/{run_id} for our purpose.
I am not 100% sure of this should be everything that should be exposed.
