Including mods in modpacks #9

"More a question. If a modder does not wish for his/her mod to be uploaded as a collection or a pack how would that be dealt with?"
I think we should add a field in the mod metadata that allows the modded to indicated if the mod is allowed to be distributed by other means...
Options would be:
- Sure
- Only steam download in the modpack (the pack can request it but the mod should not be packaged in)
- Nothing at all.. (the mod can't be shipped or requiered by any modpack)
