Support inferring the region annotations of recursive programs

DPJizer computes the effects of parallel tasks and tries to eliminate interfering effects. It compute the effects by analyzing the call graph bottom up. Thus, DPJizer works only on nonrecursive programs. But, DPJizer needs to support recursive programs as well.
