Print Layout change

Hey, thanks for this script. 

I was wondering if it's possible to change the print Layout to always put 9 cards on a page. 

I get why the dual sided cards are paired up, but since the printing paper I use is expensive I would appreciate making use of the full page I busted of just printing 6 cards.

Also adding a cross hair would make cutting them much easier
