Add auto seasonal period detection

. Currently have to manually specify periods to attempt to fit in seasonality model.

. This is ok to an extent as we have ridge regularisation in place to prevent overfit.

. Still better only to include periodic feature in the model if it is real.

. Use PSD to identify dominant periodic components.
