Adjust time for task improvements #403
Description
Quality of life improvements for the adjustement of time during a task (only for admins):
- Add the option to increase / decrease the time by a custom amount
- Add 'set to 0' button (see Adjusting Duration // Ending Task #375) This might come in handy when #
- Silently handle decrease of too large steps (see Adjusting Duration // Ending Task #375)
