Wave campaign page updates #1788

Small changes to this page https://www.drips.network/campaigns/wave-launch-points-bonus
- make the links the same color as the text
- remove the icon in the submit button
- change the color of the waves to light primary level 1
- I think this section looks kinda shit (my fault) can you just (1) center the header like the section above it and (2) give it the same max width as the section above it and (3) keep the text next to the checks left aligned but (4) change the green checkmarks to be blue
- I think this text is confusing "… and receive 100 Points after you participate in the first Wave early next year." Shouldn't it say "and participate in the first wave early next year to receive 100 points"
