Publish to public image registry?

It would be nice to have these images available on one of the public container registries (Docker Hub, GitHub, Quay.io, etc.).

This probably can be also automated with GitHub Actions.

Has anyone solved it?
Are these containers published anywhere already?
I can open a PR to facilitate for this if this welcomed.
The easiest solution is ghcr as it doesn't require any special registration...
