Disable DTC generation on a video

I run an archive and post content that I don't want to monetized. Even though I have unchecked the "Original content" button, I still earn DTC.

Suggested fixes include:

1. Disable DTC generation for that video (hard)
2. Opt-in disable payout for this account option
