GalaxyAPI not allowing cloud saves

Hi, me and a friend are having difficulties saving our games to the cloud, as in when I try to manually cloud save (after some time the row finally shows up in the settings tab). And now the cloud save line won't even show up. I think it might be because galaxyAPI isn't responding, despite the galaxy status page not reporting much outage.
