After this, you can access your data.
Please note that both hard drives are defective and need to be replaced.

Currently, the software RAID is in a degraded state and only one hard drive (/dev/nvme1n1) is assigned to the RAID.
There forem we can offer you to replace the hard drives step-by-step begining with drive (S/N: 281S1118TYST) which is not assigned to the software RAID anymore.

For the replacement, please confirm the data loss of the mentioned hard drive.
After the replacement, you can start a rebuild process of the software RAID array.
