Missing Calls to UpdateGeoBlazorReference in generated code

In Discord, our user Luca pointed out that WMSSublayers are still missing JS references when loaded via GetSublayer. Upon investigation, something is failing in the code generator, because the call to UpdateGeoBlazorReference is there in WMSLayer for other getter methods, but missing for that one.

I found the issue in the code generator, will address this with a full code-gen round for V5.
