Update issue templates to remove task lists

Purpose

Task lists are deprecated in favor of sub-issues. Therefore, the issue templates need updating to reflect this.

Ordinary Task

• update the major template
• update the minor template
• update the ordinary task template
• chore: removes task lists #43
