SLM installation fails on Ubuntu 24.04 #31

Describe the bug
The SLM installation fails on Ubuntu 24.04. The installation fails after timeout of step "Wait for AWX being up".
To Reproduce
- Use Ubuntu 24.04 VM
- Start installation of SLM via installer as described in docs
Expected behavior
Successful installation on Ubuntu 24.04.

- Version of Service Lifecycle Management: 1.4.0-SNAPSHOT
- OS: Ubuntu 24.04
- Docker Version: 27.5.0
Additional context
The problem is probably caused by "rsyslogd: could not open config file '/var/lib/awx/rsyslog/rsyslog.conf'" which leads to a stopped “awx-rsyslogd” service within the AWX container.
