Fix headers / table of contents for tutorials

Looks like the tutorial ports went over decently, but the headings don't seem to present themselves as links / aren't very readable.

You should either make them links / organized accordingly, or just remove them

Example:

https://github.com/ecologylab/simpl/wiki/objective-c-mono-morphic

The headings all display on one line:
"Introduction Objective-C Header files Creating Translation Scope Translation Scope XML file Serialization & De-serliazation Rss XML File End Notes"

also, the objective c tutorial linked to says "Creating Translation Scope "
this is not current nomenclature. a pass of vocabulary editing is needed.
