The problem is the Absence if the CLusterer API in the. > 0.8 versions. I will trx to investigate further posibilities and let you know... Thx for offering a hand!

I think the main issue is stuck on the side of the Gephi core. One option would be a re-write into a statistics plugin, which I may have the time to perform in the next couple of months.
