update doc directory?

The eis0.3-guide.tex is not available as pdf.

furthermore ther is quite some 0.2 stuff and unrelated things like agentcontest2007.tex in the doc directory

I think these 0.2 files should be removed or maybe move relevant info to an eis0.4 document or the old 0.3 document at least.
