Base my PR on somebody else’s PR

There is https://github.com/nickclyde/rofi-bluetooth, which has (still unmerged and behind the current master) PR nickclyde/rofi-bluetooth#30, I have created on the top of this PR my branch https://github.com/openSUSE-Python/rofi-bluetooth/tree/POSIXify. Is it possible to create new PR for https://github.com/nickclyde/rofi-bluetooth on the top of PR# 30 with my one commit? How?
