Blank page on all other user except admin

Hi,

I feel a little shy to ask but I'm a user for many years of linux workstation. I now have a weird issue, every account I create for my kids only have a blank page when I access any website. The site seems to be working, I can ping in any account like www.google.com (that is the reason why I don't suspect any dns issue) and I don't have any errors! What did I make wrong folks?

Normally I prefer using Debian or Manjaro but I feel Elementary looks more user-friendly then these for kids ;).
