System update does not appear to apply #361
Description
What Happened?
System Settings > System > Download newest update
It states "Restart Required" and "a restart is required to finish installing updates", however, multiple restarts does not seem to work.
Steps to Reproduce
As above.
Expected Behavior
I expected no new updates required at the update prompt.

Session Type
Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

Latest release (I have run all updates)
