Deploy the original HTML doc using GitHub Pages

Hi,

the commit chickenkiller/codiicsa@578b3d3 shows an example of how to deploy the html and make it the official website for Codiicsa.

I can't do a pull request since the histories are totally separate. I followed the instructions from http://pages.github.com/#project_pages, so I suggest you follow them to create the gh-pages branch, then cherry-pick my commit (or reproduce/improve it if you think it's necessary).

The current result can be seen at http://chickenkiller.github.com/codiicsa
