Try to go to the settings > trakt and select auth trakt or something like that, restart kodi after

For me it's still showing 403, even after reactivating and restart :/
And it's annoing, the 403 notification is shown every 15-20 seconds.

What can I do instead?

Maybe this is a topic for another issue, but what do you think about switching to, or adding, an integration with MDBList instead of or in addition to Trakt?
Because in addition to the new issue here, Trakt started imposing limits on the number of items in their lists.

I saw that too, but didn't understand what they are actually did.

And by the way, how very old addon such as Trakt addon, never have any integration and activations issue?

I don't how, but it seems to be good now, I don't know what actuall has changed. There is no 403 anymore and I can see the the trakt lists.

Reauth works now but I guess they filter some stuff user-agent or something else

Can the maintainer of this integration check if the app created for this project is still active at https://trakt.tv/oauth/applications ?
If yes, can you share the app id (found in the URL when you click on that app, please don't share your API Key)?

In any cases, please make sure you are setting a proper User-Agent for all requests to Trakt → trakt/trakt-api#655
