This project is dead, alternatives, forks, maintainers?

So this hasen't been updated in more than a year now, anyone has any solution? Seems like "ain't nobody got time" to help with this. What do we do now? The textures still get downloaded but the node setup fails I believe.

My blender addon skills are crusty as well...

Semi happy to take ownership. I prefer to work under MIT but it's f i n e.

Thing is I don't tend to maintain projects more than is absolutely necessary. I'll fork, I'll fix 5.0 material import, but further than that? I don't think I'll do much. So my fork may become an active one, it may not. We'll see. But I'm glad to build a maintenance version (and change the sponsor links :P )

I'll probably pour most of my time into automating the release build tho, so don't expect magic rn

Hey @Tiefseetauchner ! i've been an active user of lily's surface scraper for quite a while now and it broke my heart to see that it is not working on the recent blender versions, since i am using the steam version being more exact the 5.0.1, i tried your fork with the latest 1.9.1 but i could not make it to work still, i am getting this error, greetings and have a nice day

Fork solved for 5.0 cycles problem if i encounter any more problems i'll solve them
