Lack of scripts to automate publishing artifacts on bintray and maven central #58
Description
Maven central only for final releases like 1.0.0, and separate bintray maven repository should be used specially for pre-releases versions (1.0.0.M1, 1.0.0.M2, 1.0.0.M3, 1.0.0.RC1, 1.0.0.RC2).
