Feature Request: add a Workflow Run RO-Crate instance for metagoflow

Workflow Run Crate is a combination of Process Run Crate and Workflow RO-Crate.
The Workflow Run RO-Crate profiles extends Workflow RO-Crate to describe workflow run provenance, documenting execution of a workflow. Details regarding the execution of individual workflow steps can be described with the Provenance Run Crate profile.

RO-Crates of actual metagoflow results analyses should describe the data defined in these RO-Crates. This will be an instance of the Workflow Run RO-Crate and only change if the workflow changes.
