Enhancement idea: include Python as a target language

I noticed Python support was recently added, so I contributed some additional improvements:

• Unit tests for the Python compiler (30 tests)
• Windows compatibility fixes for CLI and fixture tests
• Comprehensive documentation in English and Russian
