Clarify how to shut down the Envio indexer

It would be helpful to clarify that if users want to forcibly shut down the Envio indexer, they should use the standard throw new Error syntax.

This might actually change in the future. We aim to keep the indexer process live as much as possible and have automatic retry logic. What's your use case to intentionally terminate the process?

An indexing bug that would lead to corrupt/invalid data in our GraphQL/Postgres database — a state that should never occur.
