Improve email validator

Hi,

I would like to suggest to improve the email validator (regex: ^(([^<>()[]\.,;:\s@"]+(.[^<>()[]\.,;:\s@"]+)*)|(".+"))@(([[0-9]{1,3}.[0-9]{1,3}.[0-9]{1,3}.[0-9]{1,3}])|(([a-zA-Z-0-9]+.)+[a-zA-Z]{2,}))$) on formwatcher.

If you have a email like this:

{ª+`-_|!#$€}~@d.com

The validator will tell it's true.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think it's not possible.
