Document the impact of firewalls on Brane

We should document what types of connections should be able to be performed on what ports for Brane to work.

This should also include a section on Docker networking which also requires the ports to be open even when connecting between two different containers (on a different docker network).

I remember having something like this once? Or at least making an attempt at it. Check the specification to see if there's graveyard files that aren't used for some reason. Or if it's in the history.

This would probably be a good idea to do while working on the wizard. You'll have to collect the ports for that one anyway :)
