Logging message doesn't know tmp dir #12

Problem Summary
When log_enabled=True and loglevel is set to info you get unhelpful messages about logging to "None"

Unhelpful
Possible Solution
In _evaluation.py allow tmp_dir to propagate the directory back up to the run_dataset
