CHANGELOG.md: add hyperlink to commit for commit messages in git-cliff

Your CHANGELOG.md generated with git-cliff looks amazing, congrats !

One suggestion: could you add in front of commit message, the commit number with hyperlink so it would be very easy to see the change in the code by just clicking on the link. For example:

Bug Fixes
    [<commit number>](link to the commit): Crash when creating PDF report
    ...
