Wetest can test if a value is equal to a constant with margin. It could be also interesting to get the possibility to test if a value is greater or lesser or different than a constant.

I know that PV1 is going to be !=0 after my first action. The precise value of my PV can change along the time because specification and action of another independant IOC can change it. So checking that it is not the default value is useful
