Can the useraccount and hostname be reported?

This info is known to the alive server. Can it be known in the alive record and exposed on a PV for use by clients?

I don't know if the alive record is necessarily the best spot for this. iocStats would be a more natural fit. One could either put $(USER) into the engineer environment variable or just set up your own PV
