Add support for Sinatra v4

There is new Sinatra v4, it requires Rack v3 and Epuber is using Thin and it supports only Rack v2 (latest released version). Support for Rack v3 is in master and will be released soon (see https://github.com/macournoyer/thin/issues/436)
