fmu_copy_revision - new default for what is copied

Currently the default option for what is being copied from master folder is #4. This option excludes output folders which could (and is) resulting in issues for some users, specially when running RMS interactively. Personally I always select option #5 which includes the output folders in the copying. My suggestion for enhancement here is to have option #5 as the default.
