Extension breaks jQuery UI tooltips

When the extension is enabled the jQuery UI tooltip mechanism no longer works. It seems that tooltips get offset way off screen for some reason.

To reproduce go to https://jqueryui.com/tooltip/#default and hover over the input field with and without the extension enabled.
