Begin Hardware Set Up (Getting the Raspberry Pi 3b cluster set up in Gheith's office)

We now have many Rapsberry Pis and now need to make them work together to never have to Qemu ever again (except for kernel changes).

We need to first establish what we would need to buy to set up this stuff (also what we can ask/beg for from others), then work with Gheith and ideally the other 3b group to set up this cluster.
