Could we have a permissive licence for the code?

I would like to be able to use that code, and in particular the Python hh_parser, given the rest is already under a specific licence. Did you wrote it? Or can you point me where you got it?

Could you confirm, by adding a licence file, that it's fine to use your code? Thank you in advance!
