Is "Import as Markdown" a feature yet or not?

The README lists "Import as Markdown (automatically applies styling / text attributes)" under Features, but also lists "Import Markdown (and it applies formatting automatically)" under Todo. I don't know if the Todo is out of date or if the Features list is wrong.
