I would like to ask whether the project called Ethercore is officially associated with the Ethereum Foundation. The project team claimed that they were developing this as part of the Ethereum Foundation and conducted an ICO based on that statement. I would like to know the truth about this matter.

Could you kindly advise whom I should contact to get an official answer regarding this?
