Create "Recommended" Projects for the splash #4
Description
This should not be hard coded (or an image).
This should be based off of a list of 10-20 "recommended" projects we can add to or delete on the backend easily.
Should deep link to the project it is associated with.
Should pull a recent $$ match.
WIP: Will add more to this as I think of it.
