Google Keep page always pop-up after install this extension.

I want to run Google Keep in a standalone window. This extension works really well for this purpose.

But then I found every time I open Google Keep page, it pops up by itself, without any trigger of the PopupWindow extension. It was back to normal when I disabled this extension. When I re-enable the extension, Google Keep pops up by itself again.

I tried to remove this extension, and installed it back, in hope to clear some stalled configuration data. But it didn't solve the problem.
