Food bar position

There’s an issue with how the food bar is rendered: its position shifts when the GUI scale is changed instead of remaining properly anchored. Would it be possible to fix this, or add an option to align the bar with the vanilla food bar position?

I second this. I also really don't like the look of the green box.
Ideally I just want an option to make the food bar render the same as the original mod.
