Tooltip alignment is off

Whenever I use the tooltip the alignment is always centered. To recreate the issue:

1. Visit https://snack.expo.io/uNsEZvwYA
2. click on '@morning_cafe'

Observe:

This is because the library currently has only a single axis for alignment (ie position). Try setting position to top or left and you'll see it appears there.

@eveningkid in the Gist I shared on #7, I have both a placement (i.e. position) and an anchor prop. It might be useful to have an anchor, or to have top right, top left-esque options for alignment.

That would be @eveningkid's call, but I'm sure it would be something worth adding, and it's not particularly difficult.

I think additional positions for this would be great and given the project structure, shouldn't be difficult to add.

Just like you though, my free time is limited at the moment. If you feel like giving this a try, please do.
