use numbered prefix for bootstrap script #2
Description
The bootsrap-docker script is copied into the image with the same name. The files already in that directory (from the upstream timescale image) use 3-digit numerical prefixes to ensure desired ordering. We should do the same, perhaps starting with 100, so that further uses downstream could start with 200 etc.
