[Documentation] OpenShift environment cannot be deployed using the steps from README.md

OpenShift environment cannot be deployed using the steps from https://github.com/evernym/sovrin-environments/blob/stable/openshift/README.md.

The prerequisites (Chocolately, Git, Docker and OpenShift) can be installed by executing the command up openShift in dev-tools/chocolatey/ directory. But Indy pool cannot be deployed: on the command MSYS_NO_PATHCONV=1 ./oc_cluster_up.sh executed in sovrin-environments/openshift/ directory Windows Cmd reports that MSYS_NO_PATHCONV=1 is not a command, executable program or batch file.

It sounds like you should have a functional Docker/OpenShift environment; assuming the up openshift command(s) ran successfully.

All of the scripts in this repository are shell scripts. The best way to run them on Windows is to open a GIT Bash shell on the folder and run the commands there. You should be able to follow along with the documentation after that.
