feat(v5-migration-recipe): Update the dependencie on `package.json`.

Something cool I thought of is that we could update the express dependency in package.json along with its types.

I looked into codemods/v5-migration-recipe/package.json, and the only dependency there is:

• @codemod.com/jssg-types (^1.3.1)

Could you confirm:

• whether this is the dependency that should be updated, and
• which version you’d like it updated to (or if it should be pinned)?

I’m not referring to that. I mean that the codemod itself should be able to read the package.json and change the dependency so it’s on Express v5. That would mean creating a new codemod
