DB compare's never finished

Current Behavior
When running DB compare it's constantly trying to alter the "double" fields.

Expected behavior/output
Not do that.

Environment

• TYPO3 version(s): 13.4
• cart version: 11.5
• Is your TYPO3 installation set up with Composer (Composer Mode): yes
• OS: linux

I am wondering whether we need all the ext_tables.sql entries at all any longer as the DB fields nowadays are auto-created via TCA. It does not work in every case but mostly. Have you tried?

No, I haven't. But I assume that's the way to go nowadays.
