[cart ^11.5 | TYPO3 v13] Quantity discount not applied in frontend

I’ve discovered an issue related to the quantity discount feature.
The quantity discount (quantity_discounts), which can be configured in the TYPO3 v13 backend using the cart extension (version ^11.5), is currently not applied or reflected in the frontend.
