How I get my best work done:
Usually in a library or a university cafe, on my own or with others involved in similar work. with noise cancelling headphones and white noise. i don't mind an occasional rubber ducking moment or just a casual conversation as a means of breaking up the day, but i prefer a focused planned work.
The role I usually take in a team:
I am adaptable and comfortable taking on different roles as required depending on project needs. I can take on a leadership position to provide guidance and direction or actively contribute as a team member by sharing ideas, contributing to discussions and executing tasks. I believe in importance of flexibility and teamwork in achieving success in a collaborative project
My communication style:
casual chats are fine, although if related to a problem to be solved, best to have a 1-1/ group either in person or online with a topic of conversation shared in advance to allow room for research and questions
What I value:
concise and to the point yet respectful form of communication, i find it hard to read between the lines.
Honesty and Genuinity.
What people misunderstand about me:
in big groups i can generally be reserved until i get to know folks a little better and come out of shell i am not ignoring you or being rude.
i can be very direct to the point
How I like to get my feedback:
i prefer constructive feedback with suggestion for areas of improvement so i can learn from these interaction. i am not easily offended prefer the feedback to be concise not fluffy.
Technical strengths & weaknesses:
i prefer to focus my energy in the backend tech where i feel stronger at, i find design and css to be mentally taxing and struggle to get start on those tasks, unless following a strict brief.
